I purchased an Epson WF-2010 many months ago and have only used it a couple of times for a black design on some mugs, trying to pick it back up again but have become very lost!

I have installed the ICC profile given by City Ink Express (the mug paper I am using) but the print is just shades of yellow and pink.. no blues at all. I read that the print will look faded before it is pressed to a mug, but this isn't just faded, the colours are all wrong - also look at the splodges of colour along the edge of the paper!

I'm sorry if this seems like a very beginner problem, besides contacting City Ink Express I am unsure on what to do.. I purchased the printer and ink from them too.

Thanks heaps in advance! This is meant to be a surprise for my better half (along with some tees)!

Have you done a nozzle check on the printer? Is it firing on all channels?

Looks like the blue nozzles are completely blocked to me.

Also, what paper settings are you using? You say the paper is from CIE and you are using their ICC profile, but are the inks from them too?

Thanks for the replies!

I think they’re blocked too, cleaning the nozzles has made it worse and now no ink prints. I can only guess it’s because I haven’t used it in so long..

Yes everything came from CIE as a package.
