Looking to get a halogen oven for mugs, any recommendations for one?

They're all basically the same if you are meaning the round glass ones. Argos, B&M, etc sell them at reasonable prices. I'd suggest you get a steel extender ring to give a bit more height to improve airflow but not necessarily essential. Also, an oven thermometer that you can read through the glass is a great help as the dials on these ovens aren't particularly accurate.

Silicone mug wraps can be had fairly cheaply from ebay.

180 degrees C for 180 secs is a good starting point in a mug press, or 180 degrees C for about 8 or 9 minutes in a halogen oven. You'll need to experiment as it's not an exact science, too many variables.

Thanks, and are you generally waiting for oven to reach temp or putting mugs in from the get go please? I've been told different things on this...

Is that after the ofen reached the 180C? Is it better to place an ofen Thermometer inside the Halogen oven? received the ofen today and maybe tomorrow the silicon wraps or on monday. The settings that i received are 13-15 minutes and 190C. I can only guess that this is the complete time with the warming up phase to 190C. So if the real time is like 9 minutes the ofen would need 6 minutes to reach 190C, dont know if that is realistic but sounds realistic to me because those are small ovens.

print equipment selling wraps for mugs but they look more like a traditional heating element from a mug press, not sure if those are better than the silicon ones i ordered.

Can do more at once in an oven, changed my mind about a mug press when I realised that

In my case it is because my mug press smells like hell, it gases out which make the room unusable and make me dizzy and sick. The other benefit is the more even temperature, i had fading with my mug press.

Generally you can get halogens around £30-40 as opposed to pricier mug presses.
The wraps generally cost between £3-10 (depending if you buy from China or a UK supplier who has already imported them) so much cheaper to buy and replace than mug press elements/sleeves.
I also find I can print closer to the handle with wraps too.
