Hi,
i have one Epson 4900 with clogged two channels, i use it to print screen printing positives using only one channel,
i want to use it also as sublimation printer with 4 or 6 chosen channels filled with sublimation ink,
i think, the most important is RIP to achieve it, but witch one could handle this ?

You need to make sure you can clean the printer through to get all its channels working - if you can do this, you get a new set of refill carts, and fill them with sublimation ink - Inktec sublinova is probably the only decent quality ink available in enough colours to do the job in the UK - I have no idea about Belarus though.
Once filled and all the new inks running, you can print with the Epson print driver from Photoshop -you will need an ICC profile making though to get the colours printing correctly though, which either means buying a printer colour profiler kit (google color munki or sypderprint) or finding someone who provides this service.

E2A - you don't need a RIP - Photoshop and the Epson/Windows print driver are more than up to the task.

i can't see any option in printer driver to choose whitch channels should be used,
buying 11 sublimation inks is not a solution i'm looking for

If you don't want to fill all the printer's channels with ink, then you'd be better finding a printer that didn't have as many channels
