A couple of days ago there were floodings in their area so they couldn't despatch as normal. Was a message on their site about that.

Right now they are up and running again, according to the message box that pops up when you visit their site:

''Hello!
We are now back up and running. Floods are cleared around our premises.

Any orders placed will be dispatched as normal!''
