Re: Coralgraph made an error - put the wrong postcode on parcel

Post by GermanDyeSub »

Hello,

I recently made an order on Coralgraph's website for 2 mug presses and 2 heat presses. I am based in Germany so thought I would give Coralgraph a go when it comes to equipment I need for sublimation.

Just a few moments ago I got an email from Parcelforce. To my surprise I noticed that Coralgraph has written the wrong post code. In the address there is also a letter missing.

I have called but got no reply. I have also sent a text message and email to tell them about the error they have made.

I would be grateful if anyone here could tell me how to move on. What can I do?

Thanks in advance.

Have you spoken to Parcelforce to see if they will deliver to an amended address?

Hi.
Parcelforce do not operate in Germany so they probably use GLS , DPD or DHL as their partner over here. If you can find out which one they use and Parcelforce cannot help then give the German carrier a ring.
To be honest, Corelgraph should sort it out for you.

Their business address is a terraced house in Romford. They'll probably reply when they get home from work.....

Thank you for all your helpful answers. Great forum, great members :)

Called Parcelforce as suggested by Justin. A friendly chap took all the details and the correct postcode and said that he would update it in their system. So let's hope that everything will be delivered correctly.

Will give an update on how things are going in this case.

Have you had any response from Coralgraph to your text or email?

Email is usually the best way for Coralgraph and don't take too long to reply.

Registered office address has little bearing on where they operate from. Think it would be a tight squeeze fitting all of their stock in a terrace house.

Do they hold much stock? On the couple of occasions I have ordered from them the goods have come direct from China.

AS you made this order about a week ago it should be with you now. Has it arrived?
I ordered a press from Adkins last year and it took two days. DHL.

Never known stock to come direct. Have had several pallets though in the last few weeks and came next day. They will always deal in container loads same as most of the mainstream suppliers.
It does surprise me that they all use sea freight even when the launch of a major new phone happens. Cases do cost a little more to fly over but they all never seem to go that option and wait the extra month or so.
