Hi guys

We would normally CAD-CUT vinyl for this design but we've now been asked to quote for embroidery!

10 items of clothing, single colour thread, 20,000 stitches. The entire design measures 26cms wide by 18cms high.

I have left one line out as it contains an email address.

I have digitised the design.

What would be the going price per garment?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.

How many heads do you have on your machine?

You guys are too cheap. Minimum 15€ and up to 20€ if the material is a problem to frame.
One four head and two singles heads.
Dont undersell yourself.

Those prices are by far the cheapest I've been quoted!

Do you do contract work if I was to send you the garments?

Regards

John

Hi John,
we don't do contract, - like to serve face2face instead of packaging & posting.

Thanks for heads up on prices thou, - it is always a case of sticking your finger in the air & guessing.
Might only be 2p worth of thread, but does take about 30min each, plus a machine & a person & rent & overheads....

Hi Logo.
I try and cost at 30€ to 35€ per head per hour. I have a small business and usually only have orders of 10 to 30 pieces.
If I was running a workshop with 50 heads then prices would be lower as orders should be bigger. My local competitor has 50 heads but he has a totally different set of customer to me.
