I'm using a halogen air fyer, the 30 quid one others are using from amazon with green mug wraps, temp 180 (i have a thermometer in there) for 9 minutes, I print the same design on each side of the mug (inkexperts ink + paper), once baked one side looks perfect, the other is very dull in comparison, any ideas ? test prints i did last week were great, i finally sell a mug and i have ruined three so far trying to make it, moral is low, any help gratefully received.

I use a halogen oven and green wraps. I too have a thermometer in the bowl and insert my mug(s) when the tempeature reads 180°C but it drifts up towards 200°C over the 8 to 9 minutes 'cookin' time. I don't have the problem you are having. Could you supply a little more detail such as mug brand?

Im using 11oz mugs from Longforte. I have tried two different types of paper now CIE and Inkexpert, same outcome. It has to be the mugs doesnt it ? Im ordering more from Listawood, Im assuming they are totally different mugs ?

I managed to sort it out, Im not sure if it was adding the extender ring (only arrived today) or cooking it for 10 minutes instead of nine as i did try them both at the same time, but its working perfect now, phew.
