Hi all,
we are having a small issue with our Roland RT sublimation printer when printing on foil for 3D phone case sublimation
In the skin tones we notice a very large portion of black dots, (see attached picture) we have tried everything but we are not able to get them go away.what could be the cause and how can we correct this.
If we print this on our VJ 628 with the same foil the dots are not there but quality is not as good.
