Afternoon, no file as it is a brand new job so would need digitising. Will be visiting them this week, as they have asked for a polo to match their company colour which is an odd shade of yellow !! so I am going to suggest the polo's in black with the embroidery in yellow - still their colours but the other way round.

Id suggest before you go to see the customer to order a colour card of the threads that are available. Madera or Gunold are the ones I use but other are available . Ring the thread supplier and they should send them out. Ask for both the Poly and the viscose colours.
It will save an awful lot of back and forth with the customer and the embroidery firm.

Thanks Earl, I was planning on taking something with me, he has given me the nearest pantone colour. Been up and down to parents this week - trying to keep them mobile. Will get over to see them as soon as I can to get this order/colour sorted.

If you ring the thread company with the Pantone number they should be able to find the nearest colour match for you.

Thanks Earl, I called them yesterday and they are sending it out, marking their closest for me.

He has now gone on holiday !! so the job is still at the stage it was, I will update once I get an update.

And when he comes back he will want it yesterday.

But of course, he told me what he needed, over the phone, so I will have made them up just as he suggested, and then he will think they will look slightly different and want a 100% refund on them :biggrin::rolleyes::rolleyes:
