Happy New Year to you all - we are an Aviation Related Company based in the NE of Scotland! We have a mug machine and are overwhelmed with the interest in Mugs with our own artwork on them but struggling with lines on the paper resulting in terrible quality mugs - we have a B40 but very fed up trying to get it all sorted - hopefully New Year New Start on this forum will get us some help!

Welcome to the forum Gill. Sounds like the heads need cleaning on the printer - never go to print anything until you get a perfect nozzle check pattern.

Thanks but he has tried and tried and several times the printer would have gone out of the window had we not had it sealed up
