Up till now I have not used colour profiles on any of my printing and I have found the colours fantastic, Is there any reason to change and start using profiles.
I design my images in PS2019 and corel draw. When I have designed the images I save them as jpeg and print from the folder in which the file is saved via the context menu. I print on high quality setting and on the appropriate paper type.

My sub mugs look great colour is no issue, My t-shirts the same. I print on 3g jet opaque for darks and the light garment paper in this collection.

this is not sublimation. so you probably can get away with printing without profiles.

sorry, this part confused me.

What this means is.. when I print on my t-shirts without using colour profiles the colour is good. so is it better to use colour profiles?

Are you using sublimation inks with the 3g jet opaque? Pauls remark is because sublimation inks are not normally used for this type of printing, although they can be.

Yes I am using sublimation inks for mugs and t-shirts. What type of ink is best to use?

Best for transfer paper would be pigment ink I think. Is your colours still bad after pressing your transfer?

What's the best printer for mug sublimation using pigment inks. And the colours are fantastic using sublimation dye based ink.
