Hi guys

I saw this featured this evening and ive seen similar with metal keyrings. Is this possible? is it sublimation or is it engraved, i wasn't 100% sure.

I know you can sublimate onto metal bottle openers because ive done it but, is there anywhere that sells metal keyrings/charms etc - ive never seen them before

Thank you :)

Looks as though that one is engraved. You could checkout this website they seem to do quite a bit on that end of the market.

www.sublimetals.co.uk is your answer if you want to do this sort of thing via sublimation

Thanks - I did have a look at them but I couldn't see they had anything quite the same. I bought some little trophy magnets from them recently and they weren't good so it's put me off. Will have another look :)

What was it you didn’t like about the items you purchased?

Also, they offer a custom cut service meaningful could get something to your exact requirements and a unique product.

I bought some of their trophys, they edges are really sharp in places and they bend easily, like really easily with one finger. My customer was just a tad p***** :(

They sell various thicknesses of metal so it might be worth investigating a bit further.

Although I am not sure there would be much you can do about the edges, I don’t think you could even polish the edges to smooth them out as that will probably remove the coating...

I bought, from Sublimetals, 100 custom cut square sheets (white gloss alu, 0.5mm with rounded corners) as faces for my acrylic clocks and they're excellent. Exact dimensions and no burrs.

Their minimum order amount (£35 I think) is a bit off-putting if you just want a few pieces for testing though.

Is that for custom cut or all their products?
