Hello,
In my case, I using a FreeSub 210 mug heat press with cityinkexpress sublimation inks.
I was using Pixmax sublimation mugs, but from 36 mugs always between 8 and 10 mugs comes broken. Currently, I am using Orca Mugs from signzworld but I notice that lately the mugs come with a lot the pin holes and burning marks and I don't really want decrease the quality I can offer to my customers.
So, I would like to know please, and always based on your experience, which is the best white mugs for sublimation taking into consideration: quality, price and shipping time?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,

Price will depend, to some extent, on how many you order at one time. Don't forget the 10% discount you can get from some suppliers advertising in the forum if you become a Premium member (£10 a year subscription but well worth it in my opinion).
Personally, I use only Listawood AAA grade 11oz Durham mugs which are guaranteed 'perfect,' although that's not to say I haven't still had a few with minor defects. I've never received any broken mugs though. Also, these mugs have excellent coatings and are definitely dishwasher safe, another thing you should be considering apart from price and quality.
Saying that, I know many members use the Xpres 5013 mugs and swear by them but I haven't tried any of these myself.
Shipping time for Listawood is Next Day and they have never failed me.

Thank you very much for your advice. I will see the
Listawood AAA grade 11oz Durham mugs. The Xpress 5013 is 10oz only
I am looking for 11oz instead.
I very appreciate your help. Many thanks

It makes a difference if you only have an 11oz blanket on your mug press. I was pressing 10oz mugs with an 11oz blanket and the edges of the blanket were hitting the handle when clamping up. This, I later found out, was the cause of many bad prints because it affected the clamping force, something I hadn't considered as it wasn't immediately obvious.

I know so many suppliers that have ditched 11oz inn favour of 10oz over the years. With many suppliers the 10oz are often better quality. The 11oz I heard described recently as a chunky builders mug...fine if you're selling to builders I guess!
When asked, 8/10 cats prefer the 10oz....I mean most folk we ask prefer the slightly smaller 10oz

Give me a builders/greasy spoon mug anytime! I'm even selling the bigger mugs to young kids.
