Have you - is there, any such thing? have been asked to do one for a friend but I can't seem to find a blank available or, maybe something that would do the job

I could only find the white polyester lanyard material for it, but not the whole clip and material together. Just buy 100 from alibaba and sell the rest?

This is the company for your image. I'm sure the company is fine to deal with, but my concern would be more for safety. BPA plastic etc, choke-able breakable plastic parts. You really need to speak to your local Trading Standards before selling baby products. I was considering a baby product, then figured it wasn't worth being sued or worse.
