Please help.
I've been sublimating for over a year now. And yesterday, like an idiot, I let the black ink run out.
I've topped it up, primed it etc, but now I'm just getting lines in it.
I've done head cleans, opened it and wiped with kitchen roll mid check, but I'm still getting lines in the black.
Can anyone suggest anything, and hopefully fix my blonde moment

I'm using an Epson WF-7715

Don't do more than 3 head cleasn, you'll just be wasting ink. Sometimes a couple of head cleans and then leave for a good while can help. Are you using carts or a CIS? If the latter you can drag the ink through to the cart with a syringe.

Whatever you do, do not use material such as kitchen roll inside a printer.
You need to get proper cleaning materials otherwise you could do more damage. Proper cleaning material doesn't "shred" or leave residue particles which clog the head even more.

I'm using cartridges.
I did a head clean last night, and then switched it off.
Then I've done another this morning. It's a lot better, but still lots of lines in the black.
Very frustrating.

Are you using a proper printer profile for the ink you are using?
Try using better settings (i.e. photo quality) to see if that gets rid of the lines.

Just tried that thank you. It looks better. But still lines. I might turn it off and try again later. I really feel like slamming my head into it haha

With the WF7000 series printers (inc. WF7110 7610 7710 7715 etc) I find performing an 'ink charge' using the WIC service software works everytime. I have made the same mistake on my printer in the past and the ink charge always works.
WIC is a free service utility and allows lots of functions that are not otherwise available through the driver. PM me and I can talk you through it.
