Am taking a break from sublimation printing (photos on Chromalux sheets), so I have a Ricoh SG7100DN printer with practically no sublimation ink left in the tubes and want to convert it to "normal" printing. Does a simple head flush or two do the trick or is there any special way?
Not interested in selling the printer on this forum as I live in Brazil..
Thanks for any advice.
Doug

Re: Taking a break
Last time we did this we followed instructions to flush with deionised water using refill carts.
Re: Taking a break
sounds plausible...could you expand on how, or where I can find these instructions? CheersJustin;134134 wrote:Last time we did this we followed instructions to flush with deionised water using refill carts.

Hi doug, if you email neil@dyesublimationsupplies.co.uk he can email instructions of how to flush it for you.
We also sell the OEM inks pretty cheap as well if your interested.
