I only wasted my busiest day trying to rescue my second Amazon account. They tell me to remove the listings, shut it down, claiming I didn't have permission.

Finally found the permission email from 2014. Sent it to them as proof. Then they send me this nonsense:

Our previous e-mail was intended to bring our policy to your attention.

Learn more about this policy in the message sent on ${DATE OF WARNING SENT}.

How about, apologies...our mistake...carry on as usual?

I'm still none the wiser. The irony is that I'd decided over the weekend to upload 300 of my newest designs to Amazon and reboot the account.

This is what bothers me about all these online marketplaces. They just shut down all lines of communication leaving you high and dry.

So, they've gone through my accounts with a fine tooth comb. Gave me a policy warning for having a single mug on my other account...eh?? It's a different design!!

Now I've got to go through that huge verification process yet again and they've restricted one of the accounts.

You have more than one account? Be careful, they normally only allow one and if there is another one they close both down without the possibility of ever trading on Amason again!

I've got 4! All legal and they gave me permission for this problem account back in 2013.
