This is where I bought shop fittings in Germany. I search for Shop fitting supplier ( in German, ladeneinrichtung ) and this is what I found. Probably the same in the UK. Shop fitting supplier or wholesaler to the trade.

Sort of..... I was thinking of black ones that are ornate, saw them a few years back, but sure can't find them now.

Found, the answer was to search plate stand.
