Replacement mug mat for cityinkexpress mug press

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement mug mat for a cityinkexpress mug press? I contacted cityinkexpress and they said they didn't sell the mug press any more and referred me to signzworld. Unfortunately the mats sold in signzworld don't look like they would fit my press. The mat I need has to attach by 3 screws and not 4.

I'm hoping someone out there has the same mug press and knows where to get replacement mats.
