We are after some larger coasters than normal size (long rectangular ones we have just run out of) and I believe these are not sold anymore (think Justin was looking for these not so long ago). Anyone know of a UK company that cuts sublimation board to bespoke sizes perhaps? Thanks. Olly

We can get the UniSub board cut to sizes but we don’t do it ourselves. This isn’t cut in this country so they can be ordered and cut subject to minimum quantities and lead times.

You can laser cut the MDF, that’s how the coasters are made in China

Thank you but the question is who can cut these. We don’t have time nor space to buy board, equipment, train staff, Heath and safety checks... Justin, I have found a spare long coaster so will pass onto a couple of potential companies (BMS being one) to get quotes.

MDF is horrible stuff to work with if you don't have proper dust extraction facilities. If you didn't go down the laser cutting route you'd still need, as a minimum, a sawbench, a router (table mounted), and maybe some sanding equipment, as well as a reliable means of coating the finished blanks.
