Hi all,

I have an problem where I'm trying to print to my Epson (having done so all morning) but now the paper just goes through the machine without stopping to print. Miss feed warning light comes on. I have switched off and back on again (that always works ;) ) but it still just sails through. I'm printing A3 and A4 won't work either.

I've looked at Epson Europe but no solution there has worked either.

Anyone had this happen to them before?

Thanks

Happens to me occasionally. It doesn't like paper that is curled on the front edge, so older paper is no good.
Try opening and shuting the cd printer - sometimes that works.
Try putting more paper into the paper feed.

Are your rollers clean? When paper dust collects up on the rollers, it can cause all sorts of slipping problems. Wipe them with some IPA on a cotton stick or similar.

As Gary said, ensure the rollers are clean as they can get coated from the paper causing them to slip.

I once tried them both together. Rocket fuel.

Thanks to all .. managed to get the printer to work. It was the paper after all. So hard to see straight when deadlines loom and things go ''wrong''.
