We are banned from ebay for 3 days .Reason we asked a customer to get the contact details from the link on the item description !!.....Can you believe this ..How do you personalise a item if they cannot send their pictures to us ...any one else experienced this ??..

Yes it’s getting difficult. Best thing is to edit the eBay email that gets sent after a purchase to include instructions including your email address. In your listing you say this is where they find how to send pictures.

your not allowed to give contact details or show the customer where contact details are, stupid i know, be careful some have been permanently banned for repeating this.
I just put in descripion to message me by ebay messages.

I have a picture of a mug with our contact detail on it. Never had any problems!
