HI,
sent a job to print and cut today in normal way via Versaworks
Job is just 100% black (000) and light grey created in Corel draw. (and cut lines)
looks and measures black on screen and looks black in versaworks.
PROBLEM - black & grey print 'purplish black or grey....'
Nothing changed since last job.
Tried both .EPS and .PDF same on both
Re checked colours in corel
Did print pattern test - ok
Ink levels all good.
Any suggestions?
thanks

Try a different profile in Versaworks, but everyone will tell you that Roland’s are really bad at B&W images
You could try converting to an RGB jpg or PNG and reimporting to CDR so it is handled as a colour image.
