Hi guys. Just wondering how you all file customers details?

Mines quite crude in my eyes hence looking for a better solution.

I simply put everything (name, order date, logo, positions details etc) onto a word document then save it into a folder with the rest. Surely there's a better way?

A quick and easy (and free!) way is to encrypt the data in a password protected zip or rar file. Keep copies of the archive though as sometimes they can become corrupted and you've no way of getting your data back.
