Hi All
Can anyone help please.....
Sometimes the small text is pressing slightly blurry on the mugs.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to improve this?
Is it less temperature? More time? I'm using 185 degrees at 240 seconds

By the way I'm using the Freesub ST110 Pneumatic Mug heat Press. Been good for 2 years a bargain at £70.

Any advise would be great. I couldn’t find anything on the forum about blurry text etc

I'm thinking of upgrading to the Adkins press soon.

Thanks

Try 180 degrees for 180 seconds

Maybe the blanket is starting to go. Have you tried the same design on a mug placed upside down in the press so that the small text is on a different part of the blanket?

sorry I can't do this upside down because its a vertical mug press and the base has a button which clamps the mug.
Its a Freesub ST110 Pneumatic Mug heat Press.

You could try just putting the wrap on upside down, maybe on a duff chipped mug as it will be no good to sell after pressing.

If you check the video of Freesub's you'll see that press recommends the time and temp in my earlier post so your doing it for to long.

Agreed, the extra 60 seconds will certainly burn out the ink and make it blury so first port of call is to set the press to 180c and 180 secs.

Is it blurred as soon as you remove from the press or does it blur during cooling?
