Don't think the P50 is supported. What sort of ink and did they provide the profiles ?

you said you have profiles. what is your profile name? are you set your printer correctly? did you switched profiling in printer driver?
If you got wrong profile then you need to calibrate your printer for your inks.
Give them a shout: [url="

they will do it for you with no problem. you will be shocked how good your ink can be

ps.
calibration price is nothing compared to new ink

I think we need to know a little more about the inks. Is there a brand name for the inks you've bought? There needs to be a profile to ensure good colour matching, but the Epson P50 isn't supported by Sawgrass so there isn't a profile from them for this printer and Artainium/ Rotech ink.
Regardsless of the colour matching you should get a glossy picture. What temp/ time are you pressing the mugs for? Can you take a picture of the mug printed and post it up here?
