Has anyone had any dealings with start2print ??
http://start2print.co.uk/index.php?rout ... on/contact

I purchased my full business package from them roughly 14th December 2017, and part of the deal was that they would provide a website within 4 weeks, and after being told that their IT guy will be in touch nothing.

After numerous emails, txtx, whatsapps, calls..still nothing..:mad::mad:

Never heard of them but a quick look at the website suggests they are members of the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce but the logo shown does not resemble what the Chamber of Commerce logo looks like currently. I would start by contacting them as I am sure they would not want to be associated with someone unreliable.

A whois search reveals the owner to be a man who has a Facebook site here:

Maybe a post hjere might get things going!

I deal with Steven from Start2Print, I have not spoken to him for a few weeks but he has always seemed a good guy to me. I would try giving him a call again to prompt him.

Seems to be a common occurrence..
If they don't respond by Monday, then its in the hands of my lawyer..

his FB page is quite active, although they might be scheduled posts, but from looking at his personal FB page, there looks to be a new family addition, so perhaps he is a bit busy at the moment - still no excuse when you are running a business.

Steven got hold of me today...
Sadly there was a lack of communication from the people working answering the emails / calls...and no one told him about the emails/calls i sent...as he always responded to any type of question i had regardless of how stupid they were..
Steven is back to dealing with me personally from now on.

So we're moving on and hopefully get back to the working friendship we had when he came up to install the business package that i purchased..
