Hi guys,

I've been asked by a local business lady if it's possible to print some custom wax burners for her.

Quick search has shown me one link to an ancient thread on here with no replies. Google wasn't much help either...

Now, I've had 2 thoughts...
1. They're usually awkward shapes with holes, so are a complete PITA to do.

2. The heat from a candle may adversely affect the coating.

I'd rather avoid the sublimation coating sprays - my spray painting abilities are mediocre at best...

Soo...if anyone does know of any blanks available, please let me know

Conversely, if I'm on the right track with my thoughts, I'd appreciate the feedback.

Yeah, I've seen those - but they're only holders - no wax/oil bowl on top

You could try waterslide decals, no pressing required.

You can buy laser or inkjet waterslide decal paper. Simple print your design the correct way round, cut around it, spray with the waterproof spray, then soak the decal for a few seconds until you can slide it easily off the backing onto your item.

Loads of youtube videos on this.

I have a mug with a decal on it I made over 20 years ago and it's still perfect. It's just for presentation mind, I've never washed it, but have given the occasional wipe over with a damp cloth.

That's pretty much the case with the tea light burner things...never likely to be bunged in a dishwasher lol

I might get some and give it a try on some random objects I have laying around

(No dear, I didn't try putting a transfer on the dog...)
