Hi guys. I've noticed many T-shirt sellers offering their own printed slogan / design tees are using 100% cotton. What is the likeliest (pro) method they are using? (I know you can do inkjet transfers onto tees easily enough but they're not great finish and less durable) I'm assuming it's DTG?
So til now I've spent my research and investment looking at 100% poly tees for sublimation but I'm suddenly wondering how it will stack up listing items as 100% poly or microfibre, against competition selling 100% cotton tees (even though we know they can be just as soft).
Just saw something about ChromaBlast being 'Lowest start-up cost of any professional garment printing system' according to Sawgrass website. Anyone use that or any other comments?

Check out Reveal from Dye Sublimation Supplies. Currently only printing onto light but white option and printing onto dark are in the pipeline, looks very good.

I think that is a lie.
For example a £300 OKI will get you into printing t.one (or other laser paper) which will give you excellent results.

Congratulations on getting "
Lowest start-up cost" and "Sawgrass " into the same sentence.

Hi Joel,
Your most common options of doing this is probably laser printing or DTG printing definitely:
