hi can someone please help i have a mug press and just tried printing a mug nothing happened i can do a t shirts and a handkerchiefs any idea what settings i require any help would be grateful thanks

Are you sure your mugs are proper sublimation blanks? Normally 180 deg C for 180 secs should get a reasonable print to start with.
