Hi all. Does anyone get mug boxes printed? The ones with the open front more for displaying on shelves as opposed to having a lid for packaging. Up until now we have a lovely acetate presentation box with insert but have a need for cardboard ones. Listawood quoted us (see image of their design below) but printed full colour one side at...wait for it....£2.19 ex vat EACH(!) then they are not a contender.

We rather like the style below which holds the mug I believe by a dropdown cardboard stopper.

We of course can Google printing companies but would rather have a referral off someone who uses a particular company. Regards, Olly.

We get them in quite cheap for a few customers but 20k per run. This will be your key really to where your pricing ends up. Also, card versions are quite a bit cheaper but be wary of them as the lack of rigidity doesn't hold the mug that well.

possibly not what you want but The Magic Touch used to do a sublimation box which was perfect for when you wanted a dozen custom printed boxes - not open front, they had a corner window. You need to have an A3 printer and press. They were just over a quid each.

Hi arthur.daley. Thank you for suggesting these but alas we need between 500-1000 initially.
