Hi,
Had an SG400 printer almost a year now i think and i noticed an issue with banding on a mug that had a lot of blue in it.
I didnt think much about it as the mug looked ok still, but noticed it again on another. So i printed out the Primaries.
i attached a picture to show the black and cyan (pic was taken in poor light but you can still see the general patchiness)
I tried a head clean, the nozzle check was perfect anyway.
I have emailed sawgrass but it could be a while before i hear anything.

The paper is xpress premium (its got a faint grid on the back of each page)

Not sure what else to try, anyone any ideas ?

I had the same issue. a quick head alignment/adjustment sorted it right out.
