Does anyone know of a replacement supplier for this item?

Just had an order for a couple of dozen which has exhausted my supplies, and I cant for the life of me find replacements (BMS are saying new year, Xpres are saying maybe next month....)


Anyone know of a decent supplier of a replacement item?
