Hi
I'm after a swing away heat press that can take up to 12mm tiles. I would love to spend 1k but won't be in a position to do so until a few months but I can't wait. Any recommendations please?

How large would you like to press?
I had this for long long time and pressed many items including slates. worked alright.

No bigger than A3. I'm researching and am going to call Pressmech about their A3 Press. I'd rather buy once then again and again but like I said I may have to wait a few months

Isn't there anything around the £200-£500 mark? Coralgraph only have basic ones in their starter packages...

We always recommend this amazing press which we use every day and can take very tall items. It it just back in stock apparently:

I've been looking at that! I've never used a heat press before and not sure I want to fork out a lot, do you think this one from BMS will be good long term? Also i've paid for membership on here, are there any discounts available?

We have been using this for over 18 months and our Adkins is just left collecting dust. A swing away with pull out drawer, fantastic screen and controls, easy to move platen up and down and most importantly - super support from Scott at BMS. As with all presses this is VERY heavy so needs two people to carry and a strong work bench. Regular 3 pin plug though. BMS do not offer discounts but I'm not sure if other suppliers do with hardware (usually only consumables and blanks). Worth twice the price in our opinion.
