Not being funny here but your 'black' transfer prints look green to me.
Is your ICC profile set up correctly? What software are you printing from?
I've heard of green blacks being a problem before with Epsons.

Hi, I used these settings in Illustrator...

I installed the ICC from the City Ink Express disk I got with the bundle
The graphic comes black on the paper but when heat pressed is pale green/yellow.
The result of the colour wheel(which I downloaded from google images) test transfer failure is very disappointing too.

Looking like the cyan head is blocked. There's also some terrible banding on that colour wheel.
Have you done a nozzle check?

Does seem like the Cyan is not turning out after the heat pressing despite it looking OK on the sub-paper.
I've run a nozzle check and there was a slight break in the magenta only. I've since cleaned the heads.

Have you tried sublimating a different product: mug, aluminium sheet, coaster, etc?
Also, is there any possibility the cyan ink may not not be sublimation ink?

I've only got T-shirts. There was regular ink in the printer before. Maybe I need to purge that out?... I'll print some bands of CMY&K. ......IT SEEMS TO HAVE WORKED!
The black does have a dark green tinge though upon closer inspection.
Another thing...
The print has gone through to other side of garment. Any suggestions for what material to put in-between to prevent this?

Just some cardboard or a sheet of greaseproof paper popped inside the t-shirt should stop the print sublimating through to the back.
