I have had an inquiry for a wall vinyl 3ft by 3ft, I suggested I could fulfil the order but it would need to be in sections, using my silhouette is this possible/correct ? The decal is the Badge of Celtic fc there is al;so a quote which I know I can fulfil. Thanks for all advice in advance.

Do they want a full colour celtic badge? I would outsource it to someone with a solvent/latex printer and get them to print and cut it for you.

Just the badge in green vinyl going on white wall. I'm thinking cut into four sections but no idea as yet of how it would appear.

My only concern would be lining the image up. Text is easier to break down into sections but I would have thought an image might be harder. Also the customer might complain if there are any issues with alignment.
Maybe this might need to be outsourced due to the size limitations of the cameo.

I too have a cameo and only cut vinyl images to the size of the cutter. If you do manage to cut the badge into sections it would be good to see it as my son would like a football badge for his room and its something I could try too.

Good luck though, I hope it works out for you

You could always add small registration marks to the vinyl to enable alignment, which could be removed later once the design was on the wall.

Agree with above, I'd get someone else to cut this for me and send it...you could weed it yourself to save the sender a little time.

Seems the job may well be too much at this early stage for me, I'll decline and get a bit more experience before taking on larger tasks. Thanks to all who offered advice, much appreciated.

Get someone to cut it for you.

Then have a search on You Tube for applying wall graphics, particularly those that spray water on the wall first as it make it easier to managed.

Lastly, get hold off a projector. Project the badge on the wall and use that for alignment. Wall graphics are very easy, you just need to be methodical and take your time.
