I've never seen such a thing but wouldn't it be great if it did exist?!

No.
Because even if you had an A3 printer which most don't you would not be able to make the whole of the box disappear as you cant print right to the edge of the A3 sheet, GREAT for the wide format guys though.

Just a minute, Arfer Mo - who's to say a design always needed to bleed off the panel? Or that the panel couldn't be made slightly smaller than A3? Using your creative mind, you can overcome all sorts of drawbacks, which I'm sure you do in many circumstances already [emoji1]

Yeah, the panel would need to be less than A3, especially for Ricohs which, for some unknown reason, don't allow borderless prints.
Trouble is though, wouldn't these tee's be much like the black mugs with the white panels, where it is hard to get a colour match to the black if you want to print a non-rectangular design on them?

there is a guy in Poland who did this. I believe he patented it too. unfortunately you only buy it in A4 but in most cases this should be enough. Price about £3.

That panel is stitched over the top of the shirt though Paul, not an actual white area of the shirt.

Wouldn't it be easier to print onto Subiflock and then press that onto the shirt?
