Hi, I am printing using a Ricoh sg7100dn. I have set up all print drivers, profiles etc... The actual print looks fine, but when I have transfered the sublimated image to the subject, (Tshirt, Mug, Plaque etc...) the colours are not what they should be. blues are yellowish and washed out. I have followed the manufacturers guidelines with no joy. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Ger.

Are you printing on the correct side of the paper and using the Sawgrass powerdriver

Is you press a Combo press, where all the individual presses use the same controller? I'm thinking it might be a controller fault, but just guessing.

Combo press? Excuse my lack of knowledge on this, but I don't know what you mean. Thanks.

Sorry. A Combo press has different presses for different things but they all use the same controller. Like this...

Ahh! No, I use a Sefa Press. Just does what it says on the label! No combo.

Hi Ger,
2 things come to mind -
I wouldn't expect the print out to look fine, usually the colours are kind of muted. Have you set the "color profile" off in the printer driver? (that's the original driver for the printer. You'll find its name on the Powerdriver preferences page)
Secondly, what time/temp are you using? Could it be that your press is in Fahrenheit & the pressing instructions are in Centigrade?
