I'm using an SG400 printer with Powerdriver print management software. I'm trying to find the necessary settings to be able to print edge to edge on an A4 sheet. Does anybody know if this is possible?

I'm placing three landscape mug designs (210mm x 90mm) onto an A4 sheet, however the actual print size is around 200-202mm as the printer keeps adding a bleed/padding space at each edge of the paper. I've eliminated this on the tops and bottoms by spacing the designs correctly down the sheet so that no depth of design is "lost", however really need to sort the width settings.

I know it's only 8-10mm but when printed onto a mug this can make a vast difference.

You could try setting the paper to US letter width which gives you an extra 5-6mm on the width. You may find US letter sublimation paper in the U.K. or even papers which are that width as standard but not called US letter size.

These printers cannot do borderless printing. The best you can do is follow the advice by BMS. I print my wraps on my Ricoh SG3110DN in landscape format, two to an A4 sheet.
