Re: CIS and sub inks

Post by SteveUK »

Hi
Can I ask where is the best place to buy a CIS unit and sub inks for Epson 1400 ?
When I search on the web it makes it mind boggling, so any referals would be gratefully received -)

Thanks

Have you decided on which sublimation ink you're going to use? I suspect the main recommendation will be Artainium and if so we can supply the Artainium EasyFlow system which comes with 6x 100ml of Artainium ink plus profile for use with PhotoShop/ CorelDraw (and support naturally)!

Can you give me a price for the CIS plus inks, please? -) Also a price for transfer paper. As I said in my introduction I am a newbie at this so need to get all the facts right.
Thanks alot!!

Just the blockages that'll pee you off, bite the bullet and change it for a Ricoh like the rest of the ex Epson brigade.

Just to offer some balance ;)

Our Photo 1400 is now nearly 2 years old and we don't do a huge amount of printing with it as it's mainly a demo machine, but apart from the occasional head clean it's still printing fine...

Still running a C82 here with CISS, but having lived through the older Sawgrass (Epson 850 - 2 cartridges only and multiple clogged heads) fiasco, this system is still a breeze in the park. No intentions of upgrading till I have to.
