We have had an Oki 711w and used wow for about 3 years now.
Initially, it was a struggle, big learning curve, and much wastage, but we got that hang of it.
then TMT scaled up production, regular upgrades of 'Space control' ... and hit and miss.
I guess we fell out of love of the process, but had it just in case ....
It seems that recently, - and by that i mean at least 6 months, EVERY wow print has worked, - not a single fail, and results have looked and washed great.
Have TMt cracked the paper production process, and made it consistant and reliable ?
seems like it to me.
what do you think?

Yes, I am exactly the same.

I think it was a combination of tweeking and also automating the production which gave consistency to the coatings.
