Where is your precut mug paper please? Your mobile web site doesn't work well using iPad nor allows you to view desktop version. Could this be rectified please.

Same problem here. You could be losing customers by not having a scaleable, responsive website. Patience is not a virtue these days!

Just a link to the "desktop" version would be a quick fix for now. Your web site is thinking that a tablet is a mobile and so never gives option to view normal web site.

Agree site should be responsive, in the mean time on the ipad click the 'share' icon (square with an up arrow), should be an option to request desktop site.


Works iphone and ipad, i also think android has this built into the browser as well.
