Hello All
We produced some mug tests yesterday, however they haven't come out anything like the images.
There seems to be a major issue with the actual inks. The cyan is well off shade?
The black / grey have both got red / brown cast. This was visable on the print before we pressed the mugs.
We are using an Epsom sx435w printer, some kind of cheap ink, (was bought second hand).
All our work is text or logo, not really using pics at present. The output was from illustrator.
Do do we need an ICC profile? Better ink, or a fresh start?
pic shows the colours we got. Why is the cyan purple?
