I am having problams with my ciss, it had been working fine but today its saying cant recognise cartridges, please can some one tell me how to resolve this issue as I have lots of mugs to print!

paula! take carts out and in again. firmly press each of them. normaly should help.

Yeah Paula, as Paul said - move the cartridges to the 'replace' mode, take out the cartridges, replace, hold the re-set button in for 5 seconds (if applicable) and then hit the 'reset cartridges' button (depending on which printer you have).

Mine sometimes does this every now and again.

Thanks guys, didnt think of doing that as it was working fine yesterday. All sorted now thanks for your help.
