Have been looking for a while for Dog T shirts and especially Dog Hi Vis - anyone seen anything about?
I found a company called barking mad but they were twinned with cartier for pricing.

Found this site, and they ship to the UK, but be careful as you may get hit with customs duty, something you need to factor in to your price, and they come recommended on the tshirt forum
