Re: Suggestions on this issue please

Hi all,
Well we are slowly working through the maze that is dye sublimation and having pretty much great success with what we have done so far.
Mugs, keyrings, bag tags, logo's onto shirts, stubby coolers (koozies) etc are all coming up brilliantly. All except for a couple of items...
Neoprene Wine coolers.
As per the attached photo the black is nowhere near black - more a green (and yes black is 0,0,0 in AI).
The black at the handle is how the coolers come so you can really notice the difference.
Equipment is:
Mac with ICC profiles installed - everything else comes out perfect - so not a profile issue.
Sawgrass Virtuoso SG800
Sawgrass inks - Sublijet HD - still well within use by date
Textprint-R paper - again works perfectly on all other substrates
Adobe Illustrator
Heatpress is a Galaxy 14x14 - even heat and no warps - again no problems with anything else...
I am pressing at 180c for 110secs with firm pressure.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks.
BJ
