Help please im buy today Head Press ST-3042 and do not get ahead . The cases are not finished even though I make all things according to instructions .

1. Prehead machine to 190 c

2. Take mug insite and prehead 6 min

3. Than take case and head over 6 min

The vakuum ist on 0.03 ( that is low i think). In my old machine i must prehead mug about 20 min by 170 c an head case 170c and 180sec

You do not need the vacuum for mugs as this machine can be used as an oven for mugs.

Preheat oven to 190c

Wrap paper and silicon wrap around mug and place in machine for the normal 18-20 minutes. You do not need to preheat mug.

sorry that is my foul . whit mug i meen heading tool for cover sublimate. we make mobile phone covers

I think problem is vacuum, normally it should be around 0.07 Pa

So all have cable seal controls everything is correct but it is not higher than 0.03

The vacuum is automatic. There is no user control to adjust this. If you have a dial showing the vacuum then this will go into the red to show it is at maximum vacuum.

i've got it. it a tubless to the vaccum. but I have another question on youtube I saw that the case tool are not preheated .I have but it just tries without success . currently it works if 10 min preheading. has anyone here successfully without prehead?

Preheating of the tool is not important, of course you must preheat it (no matter 5 mins or 10 mins) but here the problem is the vacuum

The vaccum is now by 0,07 and is ok but the finish product is not so good.
