Hi All
My website has been up and running for a month now and have had a trickle of orders
Today I sent a newsletter out and had a reply saying site not working, but looks fine from my end.
Wondered if anyone can have a look and see any problems or tweeks needed.

Many Thanks
Dave

Nice site Dave,
Some pointers from a fellow Shopify user....
Take a look at Soundest for your email marketing if you haven't already done so, a bit cheaper than Mailchimp and more user friendly IMO.
Can see you have your FB page linked to your website, mind and install Messenger which Shopify have just launched in the UK allowing your customers to track their orders directly via messenger. You'll find it in admin section. Also there is a separate app (zotabox) allowing your customers to chat with you via messenger from the website.
Remove the "powered by Shopify" code at the header.
About us: Give more info about the business, location, names of staff, about any awards you have won, clients you have worked alongside, media links etc - also warranty and returns need to go in there

Hi Roger
The majority of images are taken from old american advertising. And have been putting similar designs together for the last 8 years for one of the UKs leading giftware manufacturers with no problems so far.
Parted company back in May so decided to have a go on my own (at the tender age of 59 its a little bit daunting at times) Still I managed to get off the hamster wheel.

Nice site but I could not get it to load on my tablet via the link above , I had to put it into the search bar.
