Hi All
I posted a thread recently regarding a printing problem I was having with large glass clocks, pleased to say that print issue seems to be resolved but now thrown up another problem.
I have sent four of these out to customers in the last week & two customers say the mechanism's don't work. I have taken this is up with the supplier (Longforte) who say that it is a known issue & they're working with China to try & resolve the issue. They went onto say that the average defect rate is 2 in 50 but I have had 2 in 4 so either I have been unlucky or these defects are far greater than portrayed.
It's a great shame as the clock faces come up great, has anyone had issues with mechanisms & can anyone suggest a more reliable clock / source?
Thanks
Ed
