I'm sorta feeling this error might cost us some money!!
Anyone got any ideas?

Hi John.
I dont have Tajima, I have Barudan. When this comes up on the Barudan screen it usually means that the cutter in the underarm has not returned to its correct position after cutting. Usually caused by thread being jambed in it somewhere. Solution is usually to turn the machine off and on again and it usually resets. If not then I take the needle plate off and give it a good clean.
Other than that I dont know. Doesnt your operator manual or your machine supplier tell you what to do?

I'm still unsure what caused the issue - the manual simply states, replace the board &/or the motor = scary!

Switched the machine on Sunday, and chose cylinder instead of flat. I got a needle case error - simple to fix. Switched the machine of and back on, chose flat, pressed set and all worked!

Will see how things move on.
